Students are responsible for determining and complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, and professional standards applicable to them.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lash/Brow Mastery certification is a certificate issued by Lash/Brow Mastery and should not be represented as government accreditation, a college credential, or another form of regulated professional designation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to independently purchase programs or create an account.

Where a course has prerequisites, professional experience requirements, or existing certification requirements, these will be identified on the applicable course or registration page.

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all stated prerequisites before registering.

We reserve the right to request proof of prerequisite education or certification where reasonably required.

Course materials are licensed to the purchaser for their personal professional development.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of its content or intellectual property.

• Flights

• Parking

• Other personal expenses

Lash/Brow Mastery is not responsible for losses resulting from a participant's personal travel arrangements.

7. Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds

Because our programs may include digital materials, instructor preparation, limited seating, kits, venue expenses, and immediate access to intellectual property, refund and cancellation eligibility varies by offer.

The specific refund, cancellation, or transfer policy displayed at checkout or on the applicable program page forms part of your purchase agreement.

Online Courses

Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, Lash/Brow Mastery is not responsible for incidental costs incurred by attendees, including flights, accommodation, transportation, lost wages, childcare, or other travel-related expenses.

Participants are encouraged to purchase refundable travel arrangements or appropriate travel insurance when travelling for training.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout.

Applicable taxes will be added where required.

Payment must be successfully processed before registration or access is confirmed unless a payment plan has been expressly offered.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.

Promotional pricing, discounts, early-bird pricing, and coupon codes may have separate conditions and expiry dates.

10. Payment Plans

A payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full purchase price and is not a subscription that may simply be cancelled after accessing the program.

Beauty professionals frequently learn by discussing real client results.

If you upload photographs, videos, treatment information, case studies, or other client-related material, you are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary consent and legal authority to share that material.

Where possible, identifying client information should be removed unless disclosure is necessary and appropriate consent has been obtained.

Lash/Brow Mastery is not responsible for a member's unauthorized disclosure of their client's information.

16. Community Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate community content and may:

• Remove inappropriate content

• Close discussions

• Issue warnings

• Restrict posting privileges

• Suspend community access

• Permanently remove members

depending on the nature and severity of the conduct.

Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

Removal from the community does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund for previously purchased courses, programs, or memberships, except where required by law.

You retain ownership of original content you submit to community areas.

By voluntarily posting content to the website, you grant TinaKDesign LTD. a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the community.

We will not treat your community posts as Lash/Brow Mastery's intellectual property merely because you posted them.

Testimonials, photographs, student work, or other materials used separately for promotional or advertising purposes should be subject to appropriate permission or consent.
